For the past two weeks, Jane has been anticipating the big day. She loves her jersey, and everyday, she pleads with me to wear it to school. Needless to say, she was so excited when it was Friday, not because the weekend was so near, but because that meant that she got to wear her Steelers jersey to school...where she would be in good company. 
I came home from running an errand before the game and found Jane eating dinner in the living room as it was almost kick-off time. She (i.e. Daddy) didn't want to miss it. Here, Daddy and his friend, Jake, are teaching Jane "Touchdown".
Jane went to bed shortly after kick-off and maybe the absence of the Steelers' littlest fan is what was missing tonight as they weren't quite able to pull it off.
Or maybe Jane had something else on her mind today. I mentioned that next weekend we would be going to Gramma's house. Shortly after that conversation, Jane got quiet, busy, and ready to go to Gramma's house!
